Big Nerf bat incoming to HML heavy missile damage and range.

I went to the Dev meet and greet in Austin on Thursday night and got some good face time with Devs, pictures and a little video with CCP Developers, namely CCP_Fozzie, Nerf Batting the Tengu to oblivion.
It was a fun night with the CCP gang.biggrin.gif

I've decided to give this game another go (I last tried it about a year ago and quit within hours from being overwhelmed)...
Could somebody help me get to know this game?, I remember the tutorial missions being about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

join a good corp right of the bat. They can usually help with ships and training to get you on your feet. Plus its just more fun in groups. I've been going solo for 3 years but I think I'm going to try and join a corp getting kind of bored now a days.

I think I'm about to quit for good, I haven't played seriously in about 2 years. I just don't want to kill off my account with all of the stuff on it, makes my blood boil mad.gif

Send me a PM. I'm the CEO of a small Industrial/Missioning corp('CareBear Corp') in high-sec and actually, the tutorial missions are very useful if you retain what you learn, there's just so much information, about so many things, given to you in what amounts to a short time if you rush through them, that it's hard to remember what you learned later when you need it but they are for the most part rather complete in regards to the basics of EVE.

If you may, try to find a noob (they tend to be mining asteroids in frigates. lol) and contract your stuff and transfer your isk to their account. Someone who left the game actually did that for me when i got started and it was a tremendous help that i have always befitted from since. His game-name was 'Pwrdbypot' and he probably has no idea just what i've accomplished in New Eden with his generosity and if you do, try to compel that new player to help another new player themselves someday if they get a chance. Pay it forward.

I may just send my entire character to someone, no use is wasting 50m+ SP and several billion isk work of ships/implants/clones/BPO's etc. CCP doesn't really care as long as you pay the fee.
