Not sure if it is a contributing factor, but I did not see your memory on the supported memory list for that board on DFI's website.

DFI LANPARTY DK P45-T2RS PLUS
2x Kingston KHX8500D2K2/4G - TOTAL 8GB PC 1066 2.3V
CPU Q9300 2.5 GHz

I've changed my MB because i could not make my memories work on 1066 . . .
I've managed to make them work on this MB at 1066 but only in single channel mode by disabling FLEX MEMORY . . . if i enable FLEX MEMORY bios detects them in dual channel but i get BSOD when starting windows 7 x64 . . .
I don't really want overclock i just want to make them work in dual chan and 1066
CPU FSB is set to 333MHz x 7.5
Tried putting manual timmings and it doesn't make any difference (5-5-5-15) from auto in CPUz timings are the same.

Seems like i can't make them work in 1066 . . . i play 5-10 mins then sistem freeze / crash . . . . i'm gonna try MEMTEST to see what i get
You may need to play with the Fine Delay's like I posted a couple post up.

Also, the vdimm have a nasty vdrop of .1v. So if you set 2.2v in BIOS, your real vDimm is 2.1v. So don't be scared to give the memory voltage a bump.

Meh, if he's not getting the dreaded C1 error, then he's OK. These boards will tell you pretty quick with a C1 error and a bunch of beeping if it doens't like your memory.

Hey hey!

I just wanted to post an update on what I was able to achieve on this board. With this Bios setup, I am 12 hours prime95 stable at 4Ghz 471 FSB. I lowered all the voltages as much as they would go.

I have not been able to get the board stable with a 500 Mhz FSB even with the multiplier lowered and higher voltages. I tried almost all memory combinations and 7/7/1 seems to work the best. I'm not sure why I can't get a higher FSB with the board. Any ideas?

Again, thank you Pizzaman for all your great info and help!

gtmethod3, try lower NB GTL REF values.

Run test with only one stick in the PC at a time.
