When I set up my mill if you want to buy the copper barstock I will mill it for free. I agree that one chamber would probably cool better but two inlets and outlet could be very beneficial. I hope that you don't mind if I use your idea when I start making my own blocks. I am planning on my own waterblocks and heatsinks, along with machined fan guards, and ventgrill, and different billets. I will be mainly working with copper and aluminum, but I maybe able to mill steel as well. Lastly I am looking into melting copper as well, it seems to be pretty easy if you are using smalls amounts of copper.

We're in talks with an Engineering company at the moment about doing some custom block making for us.

Im on holiday from the 10th - 19th Sept (Egypt ) so I'll be speaking to them when I return.

I think the wall seperating the cores should be thinner, at most 1mm...

update: i have decided to use 1" acrylic and drill the barbs into the side of them so the water flows at a 45 degree angle instead of a full 180. i will draw this out and show you guys.
