Industrial blower Watercooling - Page 2

it really depends on ur heat load. but i'd say if u had a 2000W heat load on a 480GTX, u could c some really nice water temps with that blower... again, provided u don't blow the internals off the rad

and car rads r largely made of brass & copper just like most PC rads... aluminum is 4 the fancy race rads and newer OEM stuff.

coper and brass are extremely heavy compared to aluminum, an aluminum rad is just to reduce the weiuaght if the car to improve fuel economy

using a vehicle rad, one that is brass or copper i would think it could handle a good amount of airflow..

What ar the specs (CFM and P-Q curve) for that blower.

I used this on a BIX3.

I am guessing you can't get below ambient temps on air cooled water anyway...am I wrong? Build a bong m8! ~20 bucks and your sub ambient!

oh then yeah it will be loud but if you have a controller or if you just buy a wall dimmer switch for 5 bucks you could turn the fan up and down when you need it. I have one of those blowers also but mine gets pretty hot (the case not the air). I can only run it for an hour on full blast before it gets me worried.
