I stress tested using Orthos after 4 hours and 15 minutes I hit 70 degrees and Stopped the test.
I installed another cooling fan in my case and took out the 5.25 inch drive bay covers and retested. After 24 hours it hit a max temp of 66degrees! ! !

I figured out the real problem with mine!!! I have to be at stock settings on the ram 400mhz ddr2=800 or it will get unstable so having my fsb at 1599mhz with a four core multiplier 8.5= 400mhz or to say exactly 399.8 and that makes the ram 399.8 also and I can't kill it no mater what, had GTA4 running at full and aida64 stress test for CPU and memory, and Firefox with 8 tabs + CPU-z + aiad64 cupid + IE9 with 2 tabs open and not one thing went wrong!!!!!

oh I have dude!!!! I am only running 8gigs ddr2-6400 not 8500's but I had to find the perfect combo of the sticks also because they where bought at different times and they are not the same manufacturer, but same timings though, all but one timing I should say is different. The tRC is 23 on one set and 24 on other so just run at 23 and also mixed up the sticks Kingston=A1 pny+B1 Kingston+A2 pny+B2 lol and it works great, don't ask why it just does! I figure if I get pc8500 ram I can go up some more but I was only shooting for 3600mhz and it is running at 3400mhz and to tell the truth not a big difference in the benchmarks like 2fps that was it went from 68fps to 66fps big whoop 60 is the fastest my screen can go any way!
