Build me the best $1400 Computer, make $25 - Page 2

Here's something I pieced together.
https://secure.newegg.com/WishList/M...px?ID=13124747
$914 before shipping and tax.
It's before the case, monitor and OS, so you can choose all of that yourself.

Use your raptor and it's a good solid build I think.

A 1gig 4870 might be a better choice for you if you are gaming at 1680x1050 considering the price difference isn't much.

Ok this is my first rough draft.

http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/Pu...umber=10845188

Its comes to $1,595 yes I know I went over $1400

Now for a few questions.
What will be my bottleneck?
Anythying not worth the price?
Will everything work together?
Is a 2 gpu card the same or better then crossfire?
What changes would you make?

The big reason for me with going for the 22" is the price. In a few weeks if I like the monitor I plan on ordering another one. I always wanted two screens. Actually Ive always wanted 5 screens but 2 should be fine for now...

If you can swing it, I would go for the 24" that gpu is good for higher resolutions

$5 more bucks gets you the q9550 instead of the 9450,and I'm sure the 4780 1GB card would more than be enough to run the game's he wants to play(Just to much $$ IMO) but if that's what he wants than go for it.

EDIT:It (4780)would also save you mola for that 2nd monitor.
