Looks good to me although I don't know much about WC'ing. So I'd give it a 8/10 because of the psu & hdd.Corsair 750w or Antec 850w psu,and a WD 640GB hdd.And the E8500 instead of the 86 cheaper and you'll probaly get the same oc.

Drop the E8600 and get an E8400. Then you can drop the P5Q Pro and get a DFI DK P45-T2RS Plus. That's a guaranteed 4Ghz overclock.

Knock $100 off the case and PSU price (you don't need that much PSU anyway) and invest a few more dollars into your watercooling loop. Also, a western digital 640GB AAKS is faster than the 750GB F1. For the price you're spending on a dual core, you can get a quad. They won't quite burn up the Ghz as fast, but parallelism is going to continue to be more important. You'll be looking for a quad in <6 months if you get that dual core now.
