Just bridge the two connections.
You have a free ethernet port on your PC for the crossover cable right?
just plug in an Ethernet cord into a free slot on the computer and your xbox. go to your netwrk properties and check "internet connection sharing." your xbox should be off at this point. then go ahead and turn your xbox on and voila. you have internet to your pc and your xbox.
absolute best way is to enable internet connection sharing on your wireless connection, then plug your xbox in and turn it on. You will need to go to settings on the internet connection sharing and enable all the services. a restart might be required
