Of course. The game was developed by Valve who focuses on PC games. The 360 version was ported by EA.

The graphics are great for a 4-year old engine. Seriously. You just need to stop asking questions and buy this game. Alternatively, somehow get the demo on your pc, because you can still apparently play it offline by running l4d.exe.
