Overpriced headphones that are mediocre, no thanks.

They are junk, but not bad for $20 seeing as replacement ipod earbuds cost $40.

I have a pair of ink;d phones tiding me over until my good buds come back from RMA.

SkullCandy headphones aren't terrible. I don't know about those models, but I have a pair of the earbuds (the cheapest of all the SkullCandy models). They're called the Ink'd Smokin' Buds. They're about $15. They're probably one of the best sub-$20 earbuds out there. They have great bass. The treble isn't so great but what can you expect from $15? They obviously don't compare to Seinheiser or Bose, but they pretty good quality, especially for the price range.

They probably do since Bose is also overpriced.

Some of my personal clarification:

1) Skullcandy is garbage; the numerous impressions in this thread do not lie.

2) HD201's are good, but not $100 good. For those preaching this, please spend some more time with other headphones and gain a bit of experience before commenting.

3) Koss KSC75's are a beast of a headphone for budget. Going for as low as $12 at times, these are a better buy than HD201's in my opinion.

Good luck in your headphone hunt .
