... and a rivnut tool and an afternoon spent stripping the case down then re-building it.

You wouldn't buy a Ferrari and expect to have to take the engine out to make it run nicely.

For ~£250 it's deffo not perfect which to be honest, alot of people would expect it to be with that price tag.

Well, it used to be £220-£230, but Fred Goodwin and his greedy doppelgängers decided that our market would be best of expensive and the rest of us poor

Yeah I did notice a few misaligned screwholes. Besides that, no problems. Soft aluminium threads and steel screws always calls for some patience and tech experience. If you dont have one of those or neither its easy to get frustrated. I work around aluminium threads vs. steel bolts everyday, on outboards, so I guess I have learned to work with it.

Aluminium threads can last a lifetime. All you need to think about is to get a feel of the threads and make sure you've hit the right ones before you continue. Many people screw in alu threads the same way the do steel threads and thats mainly the reason things get stuck. You dont need to tighten alu as hard as steel either. Due to the softness of alu this calls for a better threadlock. Finger tight is almost always more than enough.

The price of a TJ07 is around the same here as the new CoolerMaster ATCS 840 so it's really not that bad. A TJ10 is far more overpriced.
How people manage to not get the sidepanels fitted correctly is beyond me. Must be slight differences in the production lines or people assembling the case without regarding the flexibility of the case. Part of the sturdyness of the case is inner tension and correct tightening of the bolts.

I see your point on this but I do think youre exaggerating a bit.

Guys with the FT01, I was wondering if there's room to route all the cables behind the mobo tray and having the back panel fit? If i get a non modular PSU I would love to put all the cables behind the motherboard tray because it'll make it look better. Not sure if the back panel will fit properly.
