You did not get lucky. That is pretty expensive for outdated, no brand hardware like Rosewill. It's okay you live and you learn.

IDK $480 for that rig, does not seem too expensive considering if you go somewhere like best buy and spend that much you will not get anything that great. Sure the PSU may not be a 100% trustworthy brand but everything else seems decent for the money.
Not everyone is searching for that new-new, I'm sure it could even play BF3. wink.gif

Eh considering he got the Tj07 in the 400$ and he could build a budget PC in a crappy case and sell it for 500-700$ I think he got a steal.

SilverStone case owner checking in!

I think I might very well be the first member here with a SilverStone TJ03 case. I actually have two, one is aluminum, while the other is black.

Both cases were purchased way back in 2004 and have remained my main chassis for the gaming systems I have built over the years until I recently upgraded them both for a Corsair 600T and a SilverStone FT02.

Both TJ03's have served me extremely well throughout the years (what do you expect from legendary SilverStone craftsmanship and quality) and are now my main folding rigs.

These cases, when new, cost me a pretty penny. I bought them from Monarch Computers (now closed) for about $375 each. Back in the day, these were THE cases to have and Maximum PC used this same chassis in their 2004 Dream Machine.

Couple of fun shots I took when I built my first gaming rigs in them, crica 2004:

I am sucker for clean cabling and wire management, even today. I sleeved every cable in those cases, including the power supply. I went through what seemed like miles of sleeving and heatshrink doing it all to both my aluminum and black TJ03's.

Hope you all enjoyed a trip down memory lane with some awesome cases and ancient computer hardware! biggrin.gif

How do you figure? I am just curious and not looking for a fight, but I can resell most of the stuff for a little bit of profit, while keeping the case itself. If I were to sell the case itself, it would be half of what I paid easy. Sell the whole thing together to some schmo and I double my money. Just because it has a Rosewill PSU, does not make the whole computer.
