No idea why you want that but it'll fit. I wouldn't advice cutting into the drive bay cage thinger though. It basically holds the thing together.

Yay, my FT01B-W arrived today!

Sadly my 5.25" to 3.5" converter didn't, so I'm not yet ready to migrate my current system into the case

Stupid question to ask so late in the game but....

1. A TRUE will fit this case right?
2. Will the 8-pin EPS cable (from my Corsair TX750W) be able to reach behind the motherboard tray to the top of the motherboard area? (I have an extender somewhere but I don't particularly want to look for it v.v)

Thanks!

(Will be posting pics around Wednesday... hopefully... curse you USPS!!! :swearing

Your 8pin cable should fit just fine.

And yes, TRUE will fit.

I want the front panel to be clean. Will be putting a piece of aluminum over the front optic bay slots and probably doing some sort of design w/ lights behind it. Thanks for the info!

You could just stealth the drive bays.

Remove the front of your drive and fit on one of the drivebay covers on it.

I am the proud owner of a siverstone Raven RV02 and the lucky owner of a ati 5970 (I have great friends) that fit without any modifications...its a tight fit but a fit none the less. I also have a h50 setup in push/pull config here is the

Welcome to the Forum!!

Unsure on the H50 question, (EDIT: Answered in post above LOL!! Welcome to the forum too!)

the 3.5" hanger that the 3 drives go in still needs a screw driver!
you have thumb screws on either side of the case to withdraw the hanger,
each slot in there has rubber grommets and in the little baggie that silverstone supplies you have a load of screws which have a smooth part to go through the grommets and tapped part that go in the drives.
looking at the piccy on the link you have the usual 3 holes each side like a 3.5" drive has so I say it should fit!!!

Just as an extra note, I got a silverstone CFP51B
http://www.silverstonetek.com/produc...cfp51&area=usa

It fits fine but the locking mechanism for the 5.25 bays dont seem to want to lock in place... not a problem, not taking this beast anywhere!
I need to replace the Blue LEDs on the case to match the bay though, has a nice dark blue and the V shaped powerlight bit is a lighter blue.

Good Luck with what ever you get and dont be a stranger to OCN!

Finally completed my FT01 build and boy she looks good. This has replaced my 900v2 case. Liked the Antec but it just didn't sit well on my desk. This box however looks the real deal.

However got to say that trying to fit cabling at the back is a real pain in the b-hind. Also had to remove the top HD kit in order to get better airflow. Positive air or not with both enclosures blocking the front fan there was not enough air getting through to GPU's. With only one i get a 50% increase.

tossing up getting FAN controller but not sure if required. How does everyone else have their fans setup, r u running at 100%?

picture attached.
