Further to my last, I just received an answer to my query with Silverstone.

Thank you very much for sent us those pictures.
The HDD Cage was move on the place we marked.

When you remove the HDD Cage,
There were four screws on the bottom of it.
And you move the HDD cage to the place we marked.
There were also four screw holes on the bottom.
You can screwed the HDD cage on those screw holes.
Best Regards,

Albert Chang

Email: albert@silverstonetek.com.tw

I looked for the 4 screw holes as described on the base of the 5.25 cage......and there they were.
I screwed one of the cages in, the holes lined up very accurately. This allows three hard drives to be serviced from the front.
I haven't tried to figure out how the second hard drive cage goes, as I will only be using one.

Just as an aside, most know that there are 3 SSD cages, that can be screwed at the back of the case, but what I discovered
is that SSD's can also be placed in the normal hard drive cages.......there are four screw positions for them. I fitted my Samsung 830,
and it went in without any problems.

I'm guessing he's not familiar with the NAME perspex. Most people in the US refer to them as plexiglass or acrylic sheets... again, just my guess.

ph-tc14pe owners: any clearance issues in the ft02?
i think i remember seeing a post here where it was only a few cm off the side panel, but i'd like to make sure.

Sorry for the late reply, my area is really dusty, and the provided shroud's holes are way too big for my liking. Thus the filters thumb.gif

Hey All!

How is the Silverstone FT02? I plan on making the switch from this old Antec 300 here... Right now I have my eyes (and cash) dead set on the FT02, I am also loving the design!

.

the only problem you'll run into is GPU cooler selection. you have to be careful when selecting what video card you put in there due to the vertical mount. aside from that, it's the best air cooling case currently on the market.
