You'll have to post up how that works for you, I have my doubts.

Wow... Where did you get your concept? Nice work. I wonder how you did that side panel of yours.

@DcW]Tmp

Wow...just the cable management alone is awesome.

I DEFINITELY want to try your cable management. One question - what screws did you for the cable, err...loops(?) holders(?) on the back of the case? Ones that Silverstone provided, or ones that you bought separately?

FYI - update on my Murphy's Law build (two weeks from first parts order and very much overbudget). I'm 90% done (see below), assuming nothing else goes wrong, and about to finally power it up.

Here's a couple pics below.

I did remember to connect the 8pin power cable at the upper right

The cheap Y SATA power spliter to the optical drives will be replaced by a sleeved version (so no crappy electrical tape - I HATE unsleeved cables). I'm nots sure if this was a clever idea or not, but since I needed a 4pin molex for the (soon to be delivered) sound card, ONE fan , and 5.25" bay HDD hotswap rack, I figured I might as well just get an extension and use a Y Sata power adapter rather than try to run another string of sata power connectors.

As mentioned about) and I still have to add a card reader (the second one), and the audio card (also the second one).

I also think I STILL used too much *$)%# thermal compound. The Silver Arrow's a great heatsink, but at this point I wish I just got a Megahalems. There is ZERO room to manuever with this thing and I hate the mounting system - I can't tell if I have not enough, too much or the right pressure.

You can just use the included screws that work on the PCI slot covers. That's what I did.

How come you took off one of the stock 140mm fans? Also, for the pressure adjust I normally torque it down all the way and then back it off 2-3 turns.

So, anyone with SLI 470/480s have an RV02/FT02?

Basicly I've been wanting an FT02 for awhile since I built one for a friend. My only problem is that I want to get another 470 down the road, and I'd like to be able to run them with a gap in between them so that the "top" card doesn't run the normal 5-10 degrees warmer. With my mobo, that means I need a case with 8 expansion slots.

So basically, is the RV02 my only option, or is this something I shouldnt be worried about on account of the 90 degree rotation?

as long as the spacing of the PCI-E Slots on your motherboard is ok then it will fit in the case as it has 8 PCI slots at the top of the case

Yes having cards in the vertical cards will massively improve SLI temps.
(Because hot air from one card will not rise to the next.

I have a GTX470 in my RV02 and could easily fit another 1 or 2 in there

Multiple cards work really well in this case

Omerta has SLI'd GTX 480s in his FT02. I don't believe he had a space inbetween them either.
