No idea what it is about really good cases not believing you need anything in 3.5" other than hard drives, but it's true... sadly.

Edit: It's not just high end cases either, antec 300 doesn't come with one either.

I DEFINITELY want to try your cable management. One question - what screws did you for the cable, err...loops(?) holders(?) on the back of the case? Ones that Silverstone provided, or ones that you bought separately?
This is P-Clip from MDPC.. i used the small and large sizes.. this is very handy when it comes for cable management and easy to mount it(just screws)..

So iam looking to get a FT02 sometime in the next couple weeks. Once i decide on exactly what iam order. I'am also looking to upgrade my GPU to sli 460s. Considering either the MSI 460 Hawk or the Asus DirectCU. Issue iam having is i was reading somewhere that heatpipes are designed to work best with a traditional position with the output/inputs in the back. While with the FT02 everything comes out the top. Anyone have or hear of any issues with GPUs that arent external exhaust or the normal reference coolers? Thanks.

Pretty much my sig rig is going into the FT02 but geting stronger GPUs.

Cheap heatpipes, without wicking inside, suffer when put vertically as in the FT/RV. Good ones, like those Asus use, do not suffer this problem. Look around for people with similar kit and ask them if they've had heat issues. I doubt either card will have trouble, but there is only one way to be sure, and that's to install them.
The advantage of using the card's own cooler is that you can whine to the maker if it has a problem. You will need to be careful with 3rd party addon coolers tho. Many of those cut costs by using non-wicked heatpipes.

Anyone here deal with chilledpc before? They have a lot of parts for the TJ07. I'm just wondering how the quality is.

Hey guys,

I asked on the H50/H70 thread, but no one seemed to know... maybe you guys could help me out

Is the H70 fully compatible with the FT01? I don't want to risk it not working for some stupid reason and have to eat a restocking fee just because I didn't ask :\\

Look at your rig Munky, how long are the cooling tubes on the H70? Aha, 9", the H50 has 11" tubes, which may alter things...
Can you comfortably get to your nearest 120mm fan slot in under 9" from your CPU socket? If you can, preferably in under 8" then it should fit. I'd expect it would fit. If it's over 8" from the socket to the fan slot, then it'll be tight, 6-7" would be a good max distance. Measure and see

Tenno - Chilled has a decent rep this side of the pond, but remember, you'll be talking international shipping to the far side of the US, that could put a major extra cost on top. You may be better off talking to Silverstone direct and asking where you could get those parts in the US.

I was looking at the custom Chilled PC parts, the top window specially with tint. I wish someone in the US made it. I actually like the simple design compared to murdermods
