I too think it might be the psu. It could also be your ram. Download memtest86 and test your sticks.

Temp's are 10 degree's off between cores, I'd check and make sure that the heat sink is fully attached to the mobo and seated correctly on the cpu. Thats a HUGE discrepancy between cores, idle or load.

Sounds like overheating, there shouldn't be such a huge temp difference.

You need to reseat your heatsinc.

Ok finally got memtest ran. I used the one from http://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html

It kept coming up wit errors "Copying between 4d5147b and 4d51407 did not result in accurate copy."

So if the memory is the problem does any have sugestions as to the best ram for the price?

ALSO THANK YOU everyone for taking the time to post and leave replies!!!!!!!!

Just return the RAM to the retailer for a replacement. Sounds like its defective. Just try taking out the RAM and putting it back in in case it isn't seated properly.

Do you have an IDE or SATA drive?
If you have a SATA DVD-drive i am 100% sure that I know what the problem is I have the same motherboard, had the same problems, and had to researched for 2 days to find a fix for it.

As absurd it may seem the 750i chipset has many compatibility problems with SATA optical drivers. There is a lot about it on google and many peope are having BSOD problems while using their optical sata drives (explains why you get BSOD while gaming and not in idle). Here is a thread about it: http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?p=5656072
I tried many drivers and found only the 8.43 version to fix the problem. Download it here and it should fix your BSOD problems, good luck!!

Before you return it, take a quick look in bios and make sure you arent using aggressive memory timings, make sure you are running the ram at the correct speed. This probably isnt the issue, since most motherboard makers uses pretty conservative timings by default.
