edit* also can you still run other components on the loop ie. nb and gpu? what I mean is will the pelt increase the loop temps significantly?
well first of welcome to the TEC section
DD is a good place for insulation and other types of products but my 226W pelt already came pre installed in the Swiftech MCW-6500T (which is a pretty good beginner TEC Waterblock)
as for your setup its good and I would suggest going with atleast a 320W - 437W pelt since you have a quad core and there is more heat released with a Quad core and your 480GTX is GREAT for a 320W TEC since our #1 TECer here is ira-k (who will soon be also answering your questions) has the same setup.
I have gotten fstfrddy to make me one of his awesome Stinger V8 waterblocks with a loose cold plate so that I can use my 437W pelt with it. there is only one commercially available Waterblock which is able to handle a 60x60mm pelt. heres a link to the Arctic Web
They have about 5 left of them... which they will be selling in a combo with a pelt and a PSU... so its a pretty good way to start out. Manyak (Project Ultimate TEC) is using this block and is getting pretty good temps.

and well in a few days I should have a small guide of my own up... Im almost done with condensation proofing my mobo
and for the loop I would keep only a TEC on the loop because the cooler you keep the hot side of the Pelt the colder the cold side gets. So in that way if you put a NB or a GPU in the same loop your just giving more heat for the 480GTX to cool and just hotter coolant to go over the TEC block you will be using.
