Or are there any members here who have dead pumps and would like to sell me their impellers?
Use the same type of impeller if you can find someone with a dead one. They went through several revisions. Petra tried a orange in a blue impeller pump (Franken pump) and it basically sucked. The inlet holes are a little different and the size of the impeller base is just a little off to. More Petra'sTech DDC Pump Testing (curves, power, new pumps/tops, etc.)

I dont get those results, in laymens terms what exactly has my XSPC DDC top done to my DDC performance wise?

The main thing they do is straighten out the return line so it comes straight into the impeller center instead of having to make a 90 degree return into it.

What that does is bump up flow a little at the expense of a little head, which makes it a more balanced type pump for WC'ing. Plus you can use any size standard barb on it. Without a top you would need to run 3/8" tubing on it or use reducers.

We used to drill out the center of the stock top, plug the return channel, and epoxy in a 1/2" plastic barb, still had to use a reducer on the pressure line. But that bumped up flow quite a bit. Thats RoboTech's mod, there weren't any after-market tops then. A few months after that laing and Radiical came out with tops for them.
