Thanks for the bench! You're running my same processor and speed. I currently have SLI GTX 260s so I think you and I would get very similar results.

I WANT this so bad... and I have been just killing myself waiting for it to come out. But the fact that it has no AA is going to be the reason that I will not purchase this game. It looks like hell.

I start game and get after a min or so

Adobe Action Script Error -- After dismissing all everything runs fine then I go to max the graphics settings and it says 325 / 290 Avail Memory and the game simply does not let me up the resolution it resets it back to what it thinks is the max...

I saw above -norestrictions where do I put this and does this remove the game limiting the user .. what BS....
Even with no AA and settings pretty crappy game looks pretty good and already better than PS3 / xBox version. Played PS3 on a 55" and 28" so far..

That sounds strange, maybe it won't run there. Have you tried lowering the settings to see if it runs? Maybe there is something weird when you change settings at all.

Yeah, I think it looks better than the console version, but that might be my TV or my computer.

Nah I ran it on a PS3 Samsung 55" TOC sooo yeah compared to my 300$ viewsonic 22" still..
uhmmm so question is that it runs but it just doesn't allow me to max up the settings like it would restrict me to certain levels and then will not change and then i am forced to play lower than i want to.

Yes you can force AA. It doesn't completely work, but it definitely helps. But it kills FPS by about 10.

As long as I am able to keep FPS between 30-40 with forced AA, I'll be happy.

So what ? As long as it's smooth it's Ok right ? 100+FPS is useless...

Getting:

"GTA IV Fatal Error: MMA10" error after the copyright screen.

On hold with Rockstar's customer support, they better have a solution!
