Sure. TEC stands for "Thermo Electric Cooler" There also called a "Peltier" due to the "Peltier Junction Effect"

You might like reading this, it gives you all the formulas and mounting info for TEC. Really the only 3 TEC we use for CPU are the 226W, eBay 320 and the 437W.

Is there any info on how to build a TEC for say a Core i7 system? I plan on using either a heatkiller v3.0 or Apogee GTZ block for it, with a GTX 360 Extreme Rad with 3x high panaflo fans in push config. I see all the information on how to get a Powersupply for it, and modifying it and stuff, but not how to put a TEC together to make it work.

You buy a TEC unit then build either a direct die arrangement for it or build a chiller unit to incorporate it, you don't put a TEC together it is a factory assembled unit.
