Instead of manual settings, set it to Xtreme memory profile once you are in the Bios or change it manually to 1600MHz no need to change the latency leave it as Auto.
Right: 4 things to change as follow:
First: Go into the Bios and change it to manual.
Second: Base clock to 177
Third: memory to 1600
Fourth: Vcore to 1.30
