How are HIS GPUs? I'm thinking about getting a HIS IceQ 7870 soon. It will be my first Radeon GPU.

They're pretty good. I've never had driver issues or overheating or anything like that. The IceQ Coolers sure make a difference, and keep the noise under control.

The only proplem I've had is my fan bearing crapped out a few weeks ago, I'm waiting on a replacement card now.

I'm not really sure TBH, I live in New Zealand, so we just send it back to the shop and they take care of it for us.

The funny thing is, the fan isn't actually covered by the warranty thumb.gif But I'm still getting a replacement. biggrin.gif

Just got a 7850 ICEQ...so far so good...stock clocks. Still trying to put it throught the ringer before I try to OC it. Not a bad upgrade from my ol 9600gt

They are awesome, and also they are out of box overclocked rdy. I have 2 HIS Radeon HD 6950 IceQ X 2 GB Turbo.. the stock or ref gpu for 6950 usually runs at 800 mhz stock, but these HIS card are already at 840 mhz out of box. Also they are trusted brand with good exp. I have been using HIS for long time and they never failed me once.

P.S.: HIS also run cooler than most ref cooler, don't forget to go HIS website and download iTurbo app for ur gpus. It let u control fan, etc, and overclock ur gpu if its overclockable. (almost same as CCC overdrive app) wink.gif
