I thought I would update. A week after I sold my HIS IceQ 4 TurboX, one of the VRAM modules died. I am lucky I got rid of it when I did.

It's a good deal, I used to have one, the cooler is quiet, and in a 28*C room it kept the GPU @ 32*C idle, 43*C load. (Games) or 48*C load (Furmark)
CCC's load test was somewhere in the middle.
The only thing I can say is make sure to get the GDDR3 version (Should be 2000mhz effective clock) as the memory bandwidth really helps these cards shine since they have the same performance to roughly that of an HD3850 because of the crippled bus (128bit compared to 256bit.) Thus it's data throughput is lower than it needs to be to really shine.
If you can find a Sapphire GDDR4 version then I would pick it up, as those perform much better, and are usually the same price.
