I give you advice - when you'll be buying/making any pot try to get/make this with heavier base. It means that this pot should have better temps in load (in fact you aren't cooling cpu, but this piece of copper). In my two bench sessions on the same cpu I tested two pots - first one with 12 mm base, second one with 20 mm (overall height of base 42 mm and with the center pole). First time I have temps in idle -70C and load even above -60C. On heavier pot I have -67 to -65C all the time. Temp measured by CHY 700, probe sticked to bottom of base. Second time I made better results (60MHz increase in 3dm 2006 or almost 200Mhz in Pcm 2005).
