The higher you take the FSB, the higher the voltage should be, post your full settings (voltages) from your bios here, if you can take screen shots from the bios will be better

no prob. you could try putting these in for 3.82
fsb-1800 (450x8.5)
vcore- 1.33
fsb v- 1.35
mem v- stock + 1 notch up
northbridge v- 1.4
southbridge v- 1.3
Southbridge I have a max of 1.225v

your voltages look fine, first I will try different straps, give 333MHz a try, also I will try to disable the Ai Transaction Booster, disable DRAM Static Read control / DRAM dynamic Write Control and Enable Loadline Calibration

What's the Northbridge Strap ? What does it do ?

EDIT :

So far so good mate, now what ? Which values should I boost / change ?

Northbridge Strap set to 333Mhz, FSB 377Mhz ... Successful 3.2Ghz OC

there is different straps 1:1 5:4 .... , it will help to lower/higher your DDRAM speed compared to your CPU bus, maybe your ram is holding you back

I should think so coz my RAM is Kingston ValueRAM DDR3 @ 1333Mhz

It Seems that 3.2 is as far as my RAM would take me

try higher FSB, lower your ram to 1066 and overclock till you max everything

Lower my RAM ? Why would I do something like that ? RAM is the second most important part of a System!?!?!?!?!?!
it won't affect much on the performance, faster CPU > faster ram, and you won't gain much overclock, if you keep your ram @ 1333, I'm using DDR2 1066 ram that are running at 950 now, but at least when you fail to overclock, you will know that's not your ram which holding you back.
CPU Bus is 1333 that's mean that DDR2 667 is enough to maximize performance (1:1 ratio)

Well, I just read somewhere that OCing a CPU to more than 20% is useless on the Q9550. So I am quite happy with the 3.2Ghz I just got to

I will try to go higher when I get the Core 2 Extreme, which OCs much easier
