Good enough PSU for 4870X2?

I've got an Ultra Lifestyle 750W PSU and it has the 6pin and 8pin connectors I need.

However, with a Phenom X4 9850BE, hard drive, cd drive and 2x2GB memory sticks, would adding a 4870X2 kill my PSU?

As far as I can reckon, your PSU should be fine, you should upgrade when you go as far as going CFX.
Than I'd suggest a different PSU.
