In feb the price for the 45nm quad will have dropped. I would get it as they are cooler and don't run as hot, which is excellent for an mATX setup.

No "" if you have a use for it. My Biostar TForce 6100 was the best board for the money I owned, got 320HTT out of it and it retailed at under $80 when it came out. I don't get why people think mATX sucks - yes, it's more cramped, but when you get one that can OC, they OC just as well as their big brother counterparts.
