[PS3Fan]Dark Knight = Fastest Blu-Ray Sales Ever - Page 8

I ran all over town the other day until I managed to find it at Best Buy on the opposite side of town.

Bluray was def. worth it. A few of my friends came over and we stayed up till 2 a.m. watching it on a 50" plasma. Was a feast for the eyes.

I bought it because 1.) It does what I want 2.) It does what I want better than anything else I've tried. Bleh. I dont know why I bother defending myself.
I didn't mean it in a condescending way... I just meant you really love your PS3.

i bought this on Blu-ray and infact i did love the movie..but honestly its not THE BEST ACTION MOVIE EVER!

it is great, all the actors in it did a fantastic job..but seriously, it is not the best action movie ever. When i think of over the top action movies, titles like Die Hard, Leathel Weapon pop into my mind first. I will agree that this batman movie is one of the best to date, but i still enjoy the Tim Burton verisons of batman. I like the darker classic look that he made batman and the villians out to be.

Christian Bale is a great batman, but the part that kind of annoys me is that when he is batman and not Bruce Wayne, i just cant get how annoying it is when hes trying to throw his voice and sound all scary....

Heath Ledger as the joker was infact amazing, but i still think about to Jack Nicholson's joker and well.....i dont know what to say about the two of them. Bot did an amazing part but when i think of the joker, i think more along the lines of Jack Nicholson's. Why you ask? Well his joker was just...crazy in a haha joker kind of way.

Heath Ledger's joker was more.....not so much haha joker he was really dark and seriously screwed up...which is def amazing how he played the character.

90 percent of the people out there will say that Heath Ledger's joker was the best villian of all time and blah blah primarily bcuase hes dead now. Its sad that hes gone but honestly there are alot better villians out there.......he was amazing yes but ciome on, like him for his acting ability, not jsut becuase he played joker and then died shortly after...

The movie was way to over hyped also......come on guys...it was good, but im pretty sure when the next one comes out everyone is gonna be saying the samething about the new movie as well......

Mike, everyone hates you. I'm sorry, but it's just bound to happen with that creepy smile, and all of your sarcasm. We can't read sarcasm, you silly goose. Besides, how does saying Blu Ray sucks (even though you were joking) make you a PS3 fanboy exactly?... Some people are dumb.

I simply didn't have the money to buy Blu Ray on the first day. I definitely plan on getting it, though.

Was anyone else annoyed by the changing aspect ratios? I didn't mind it so much, made the imax resolutions look that much more amazing!
A friend of mine who goes to just about every movie that comes out said that Dark Knight was the best IMAX movie he had ever seen. I imagine it would be a cool movie to own, except that I never watch DVD's, never. Ok, Ok, I did watch "300". But I swear, that's it.

I generally don't watch them alone unless it's a TV series so I am with you there. However, when the lady is over its always nice to have a plan and a hi-def movie always seems to please
