why Can't I Overclock?

Hi, im trying to overclock on of my older pcs. the cpu is a mobile intel celeron cpu 1.50Ghz. whenever i go into the bios i dont see any multiplier or FBS modifier. Am i doing something wrong? Please help.

BIOS may be locked by the manufacturer.
Is it a DELL, HP, etc?
Or you could simply be looking in the wrong section.

The bios for OEM computers are locked and it is not recommended to overclock through software so it seems like you are out of luck.

The only other thing I could think of is a BSEL mod. However, I'm not sure if that applies with the E7xxx cpus.
