Is that a IDE dvd drive? If so make sure you bios setting are correct......Also make sure that disk isen't dirty + check for loose connections

I've had the same problem.. if i remember corretly this worked for me:

Unplug any IDE drive [if any] (besides the DVD-RW)
Setup the raid.
Set the raid as primary boot, then dvd-rw.

When you see the post press the boot option button until the boot options turn op. (the menu where you can choose to boot of dvd or harddisk or w/e)

and press any button when the dvd tells you to press any button

Hope it works for ya

Yeah, just make sure that your DVD drive is your first boot device. Also make sure that the HDD you are trying to install Windows on is set as First Master. If it is an IDE drive (Check your IDE cable connection positions and your jumper settings). Sometimes you can circumvent all the trouble of that in your BIOS with an option called Hard Disk Boot Priority and you can just set that disk as First Master even if it is physically set as a slave. If you are installing Windows on a SATA drive then you should be fine just changing the DVD drive to first boot device in the BIOS. Enjoy your new build.
