Best thing to do is build one from an enclosure and your own drives.

i have one of these http://microcenter.com/single_produc...uct_id=0278804 and i like it. its just an enclosure and you add your own hard drive. it'll take sata and ide hard drives. its set up through a web base system much like a router and allows you to share folders to people of your choice. but the only knock i have agenst it so fare is that its only a 100mbs and when you have it hooked up through the usb you cant use it on the network, its one or the other.
