Everything is new except the CPU and motherboard.

Anyhow CPU runs cool 36c idle it's staying at stock settings 2.66Ghz, but the video card runs at 71c at idle, I've always watercooled my cards isn't their a way to turn up the fan on the GPU?

Another screen running not done with the lighting yet,

Yes you can turn the GPU-fan up. Download RivaTuner here:
http://downloads.guru3d.com/RivaTune...nload-163.html

With RivaTuner you can tweak about everything tweakable on your GPU and its easy to use.

And your daughter is bound to have an awesome christmas.
