Free DVD burning software?

I'm looking for something free that lets me make DVD movies with title menus so that my DVD player can read them.

Theres a great freeware program called DVD Flick which lets you burn .avi files, ect. to disc with menu. It's dual and quad threaded so it's pretty quick.

DVD Decrypter if you want to edit a few things on your DVD image.
