Set you multi to 6 then start upping the FSB and running Prime 95 blend test. If unstable up the North Bridge volts. Once you get to 400 or higher then go back and increase the multi by one and adjust the vcore till stable. Repeat upping the multi and vcore till your happy or get too close to the max vcore your comfortable with.

I was able to hit 400fsb without upping the North Bridge voltage at all on a x48 Asus P5E Deluxe. 8x400 @3200Mhz should be pretty attainable.
