simple questions.... at 1920 on a rampage formula should i go with a 4870x2 or cross fired 4870 512's? Hows the performance difference?

4870x2. You want the VRAM for that resolution.

At that res, the x2 will most likely perform better due to more and better vram.

if you are on a budget the 4850x2 is not far behind the 4870x2...it should overclock decently too....just make sure to get the 2gb model.

4870 X2, no doubt. The 4870 X2 is one GPU with 2 cores on one PCB.
