E6550 faster than E6600?

If you look at this chart, you'll see that the E6550 gets 103 fps while the E6600 gets 95 fps.

E6550 2.33 GHz (1333 FSB, 4MB L2 cache)
E6600 2.40 GHz (1066 FSB, 4MB L2 cache)

Are these 2 chips the same except for the FSB?

Yes they are. But FSB effects all parts of your system in a small way, which is why the fps is higher on the E6550. Keep in mind, that small of a difference is within the margin of error on a benchmark, so the performance of the two is pretty much the same.
