The truth is the E6320 is just a lower binned version of the E6850. Intel tests all the chips in their factory before shipping off to retailers and manufactures for sale. The ones that preform the best in the lab get marketed of at higher prices and set to a greater clock speed. The architecture, die size, cache, ect., all is the same.
