Of course it will its acidic, if you rinse it a couple of times with hot water its NP, 10% is just enough to kill bacteria and shine the copper up a little. I still use 100% white in old rads and HC's and just leave it a couple of hours and rinse a bunch of times and have never had a problem with it. Or CLR if its really nasty..

10% white, 90% distilled and leave it in the rad over night followed by a lot of hot water rinses then a final fill up with rubbing alcohol to get any machining oils out.

CyberDruid: Yummm pickles! <3
You're a strange one Mr. Druid

So what about the water? Is filtered okay?
Just run hot water through the rad a few times?

I'm using the mobo lisyed in my sig rig right now, but I just ordered an Asus M3A79-T Deluxe that'll be here Tuesday. (Shipped Thurday with 3 day from Newegg O_o) Should I wait until then to cut tubing and leak test, or is it okay to do it now?

Ooh...DI sounds fun...or Liquid Nitrogen....
Marshmallows dipped in LN are super tasty...and having LN poured over your hand feels surprisingly cool and refreshing.
Ah the joys of a crazy physics teacher with ADD and caffeine.
