No need to be leary. Foxconn is one of the best board makers.

Foxconn OEM's motherboards for everyone, including companies such as Dell. Every EVGA, XFX, or other reference NVidia motherboard is a Foxconn with a different sticker on it.

Most likely you have because there's numerous mobo manufacturers that have sourced their boards from Foxconn.
