[CNET]Best HDTV values at every screen size

Thread Starter
Tightening your belt doesn't necessarily mean going without a good high-definition picture. The models below represent a variety of screen sizes, from 32 to 61 inches, and every one gives you plenty of bang for the buck. No, they might not deliver the very best picture, but dollar-for-dollar they're tough to beat.

Meh. You can get much better price/performance ratio than those TVs right there. For instance, 37 inch 1080P westinghouse LCD for $550.

I fully agree with their pic in the 42" class, the Panasonic Viera TH-42PX80U. My brother has that and it's absolutely amazing for the price.

I would second that, if you've seen this TV you'll be hard pressed to find better quality for the price. It's damn good.

Wow at how low the price is for that. Personally though I'm going to get a 52" Sony XBR7, or the 46" XBR8 if it drops in price a little bit.

I have a couple Westinghouse products and they've been rock solid. My 47" TV was a recert I bought for 700dinero about a year and a half ago - 720p 1080i only, but certainly not bad.
