I've been a Sprint customer for that last 7 years and I've had nothing but great service throughout the US (from one corner to the next). But it's no surprise to me that Sprint is losing customers. Aside from their shady business practices, their phones in general suck compared to Verizon and ATT. I'll probably switch to Verizon when my contract expires next year. I've heard nothing but good things about them.
Verizon is notorious for gimping good phones. It's the main reason I picked sprint over them. If I'm paying $300 for a phone with a 2 year agreement I want the most out of it. Also Sprint brought the Touch Diamond and the Touch Pro to the US. Both of these have been selling like hotcakes. Hell the pro is only 199 at best buy with a new plan! It's normally $300!
