I just ordered a Nikon D60! (56k and DSL beware)

I can't wait! Entry level DSLR body, but I played around with one in the store and it felt easy to hold and took incredible shots. I should be receiving it by Wednesday!! I can't wait!

Anyone got some websites I can look at to see what kind of untouched shots the D60 can take, and tips on how to use it?

tips:
-shoot the lowest ISO you can and still get a shot not blurry
-learn your cameras features and functions inside out (don't just use the manual, take pictures with tweaking them so you know what to expect when you change settings)
-buy a few new lenses before you consider upgrading the body, the lenses will last you a long time, the body will be upgraded every so often.
-play with filters (ND, graduated ND, polarizers) so many to choose from that can help your pictures turn out better
-keep at least a UV filter on the lens at all times, you break the filter, get a new one, its cheaper then breaking a front element and getting a new lens.

Good choice! A very good resource for general photography tips:

For samples from the D60, check out these reviews:

And don't overlook your manual, it's actually pretty thorough.

Definitely. I will be going through that thing like it's some kind of novel filled with subtle agendas.

I recently got the D40, and I love it. I now have the standard 18-55, then I got the 55-200mm VR. and it's a great lens. but I now want the 18-200mm VR so I don't have to switch between the 2 lenses. to bad the one I want is ONLY.. like $600 dollars. and thats a Cheap lens. hehe!

yeah, haha. I was checking out eBay for lenses. Even on there you see lenses go for a ton of money.. but the way I see it, you're gonna use the lens even with a different camera body, so it'll be worth it in the long run.
