i have heard good and bad things and at the time i was unsure and by the time someone told me not to go for it it was too late

I just don't trust any reviews like that... You have a extreme system so need extreme cooling...

But anyways what is done is done and it is in the past.
Good luck with your build and I hope you have lots of fun with your new system and overclocking it

Also you will need a fair ammount of thermal paste for the GTX280's. I used just under a tube of MX-2 for each card, and then you need some for the CPU aswell.

What fans have you ordered for the radiators?

He listed off every garbage kit in existence. The only good WCing he mentioned was Swiftech and DD.
