Shake your pump and see if its air-locked, you might just have a big air bubble in it.
I contacted Petra's about it, I did what they asked, basically prime it and all that fun stuff, still no luck. So it looks like I'm out a pump until I can get a replacement, which its almost Christmas eve so looks like I'll be out my computer until next week...

I'm almost tempted to just get a D5 vario again, never had any issues with that thing!

That drives me up a wall when my main rig is down. Cant you just stick the HSF back on it till then?

Thats a real good price on a D-4, but unless I was just really short on money I'd still grab a D-5 vario, at least for a CPU loop I would.

You'll get it going, my main rig is down waiting on PSU RMA's, I broke down and ordered another PSU last night....So hopefully I'll have one by this weekend.....I hope...

Ira-K, I threw the piece of junk stock hsf away last night while modding my case lol. It was like the old style 775 hsf, no copper at all. It would keep my q6600 at stock speed/volt at like 50c idle lol!

Well Petras was awesome, they are sending a replacement no charge what so ever, so it will be 2-3days until I get it. Which is ok I guess, I will be going snowboarding after Christmas I think, so its no biggie I wont be home.

Oh btw the IandH ramsinks are sexy!! I've got to order a fillport too, forgot how important that thing is! Or I could get two more barbs and use my EK 150 res, think I'll do that instead.

The mounting bracket for the D4/5 pump is useless if your mounting it in a hard location, so in came large zipties!! I didnt have my camera, yet again while doing all of it, but I'll get some money shots soon enough.

I went with: pump-rad-cpu-rad-rad-gpu

So with a little modding, mainly taking out the 3.5bay you can mount a 240 rad inside or two 120's. Even with 38mm fans I have plenty of room for my cables, even though it is a tight fit. I'm using black tubing so filling was a little annoying, but if I do go with the my EK res it will help a little bit with that.

Yeah those stock HSF's are worthless....I tried one a while back that came with a E7200 and it would barely keep it cool at stock speeds.

Hey I've liked those ramsinks of his since the first proto-type he made, there slick.

Black tubing is a pain no doubt, I used to sleeve mine and having a res made it a lot easier. Sounds like you have plenty of room in the front, thats a good place to tuck away the rads if they will fit.
