Don't listen to him. True case modders don't sleep when there is modding to be done.

I've been watching this project for a while and all I can say is wow...

I have a suggestion for the fan cutout, and it's only a suggestion, so... (The black is the cutout)

You could round the corners as well. But it's your project, so it's your decision

I was also considering something similar. I did a little photochoppin' to get better sense of how things would look together. I came up with two more designs for the top fan grill.

I like the first one a lot but I am not sure it matches the overall theme. The second one is basically an exact copy of the fan openings on the HDD rack. It matches better and it shouldn't be too hard to cut out. It would also be more appropriate if I ever stick a rad up top. If the 5970 turns out to be significantly faster than my two 4870s I might upgrade. That would leave some room at the top for the some WCing and a decent 240 rad to cool my CPU and NB. It may not be completely necessary, but it would be fun to try it and I think it would look pretty slick. As always any comments/criticisms are welcome. For some reason I can't seem to find a design that is easy/simple enough for me to cut out, with reasonable restriction and matches the current themes.

Number 2, and earlier I noticed you mentioned that you only had room for one optical drive. Just a suggestion, both for efficiency and aesthetically, but what about using 2 slot loading dvd burners, their slim, so you can fit two in one bay I would image. Plus its a much more sleek look that the average "tray-out" burner. That's what I'm going to do for my A+ Black Pearl mod. And awesome, awesome work man.

Edit: These are the ones I've chosen for my mod. Have a look:
