PCI wireless adapter

Thread Starter
hey everyone!

I am a person who needs to access there wireless internet on there desktop for internet. I am using a usb adapter and it is overheating and losing connection. I purchased a Linksys WMP110 and am very displeased with it. The drivers do not work not through Linksys, not through the disc it came with, and there is no help from linksys.

I have a $50 budget. All my equipment is Linksys and I would like to stay with them but I am willing to use D-Link because my Tech Professor uses it and has no problems. I need it to have wireless N compatibility and be Vista 32-bit compatible. Any advice you have will be greatly appreciated.

Have a good day!

well the only card i can think of that is by either d-link or linksys and is any good AND supports n, would be this one

but it is a little over your budget...unless you'd like to go on a different brand, because i personally hate linksys lol but that's your choice!

those are very rare reports, and yes that's because it is by D-Link!
but i'm sure it's just a few people that damaged it or installed it wrong,
you can always send it back
i'd say go with that card
