Which should be the right PSU for my configuration?

My current system configuration is as follows:
Bestec 250W PSU
ASUS P5LP-LE (Leonite) Motherboard
Intel 945G Chipset
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13Ghz
2GB RAM DDR2 533Mhz
320GB HDD
NVidia 7500 LE Graphics Card (Never heard of it? It's an OEM card lol)
Realtek ALC888 Audio Chip

I plan to replace my graphics card with an Nvidia 9600GT but of course the 250W PSU can't take it (actually i am still thinking about how my computer can boot up with such a bad PSU right now). So far I am considering two PSUs: the Antec EA500 or EA650(I am considering the EA650 because it's a newer model, it has a triple 12V rail and a 120mm cooling fan). Which one should I choose?

Thanks in advance!

400w is probably all that you will need.

Thanks but I would like to stick to 500W for future upgrades.
I think 650W is really too much for me but now I am considering another PSU: the Corsair HX520W.

So which is better? The Antec EarthWatts 500W or Corsair HX520W?

Thanks in advance.

I like the EA650 from your original post. If you catch it on sale it is usually priced very well (in the US at least) and is a good performer. Between the EA500 and the Corsair HX520, the Corsair is a solid PSU if not a bit expensive due to what I call the "modular tax" and the new EA500 from Delta should also be a good performer if it is anything like the EA650. The Corsair vx550 is also a good option as is the BFG LS-550 (as long as it is priced well which should be less than the Corsair).
