He's got one of the ledgendary batches and has a low VID, which should help. Sometimes it just takes insane voltage to get to 4ghz if you don't have such a good batch.

To get more than 3.3 on mine, should I just try and up the external clock?
Or should I up some of the rest of the settings as well?
Ive seen somewhere else that someone with very similar hardware got upto 3.6 stable
