Oh, Newegg gods, spare me from this temptation...
Don't do it. I have 7 LCDs in my house and have compared this model directly to my suggestion below in the link. This Gateway in the link is by far the best LCD computer screen I've ever seen and everyone that LANs at my house has commented. It's that noticeable. I got mine recertified at Ubid.com for $229 and it beats the pants off my Samsung that I overpaid for at Best Buy for $500. Anyways, if you're in the market, take a serious look at this one......

It is 4 inches smaller though. Im not saying it isnt everything you say it is but I have to say this monitor is pretty amazing for the price and simply huge! Im using it right now and the only thing I can see as a negative is very light bleeding from the top of the monitor and I havent tried to adjust the screen position at all. 2ms gtg response is good and I have used it so far in L4D and TF2 and I cant find a single fault except its almost to big!

I agree with you
I got this monitor last night and im happy as can be.Looks great for the most part but i need to caibrate it a little .Blacks look gray and its brite as hell. But Left 4 dead and GTA 4 look amazing.I also got no dead or stuck pixels plus i still have my Ultra Sharp 2007FP which looks awesome.Side by side the 2007FP has a sharper image but its not good enough to make me keep it as my main monitor. If you want this monitor get it you wont be sorry i promise!!!!
